David Lannon

Managing Director

25 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Oil and Gas industry globally. Previously held the Regional Director for Operations (Kentz) business in Australia and South East Asia.

David has worked in Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Malaysia (Borneo), Russian Federation, South Korea, Papua New Guinea, Ireland and Australia over the past 25 years, in a variety of roles such as Commissioning Supervisor, Commissioning Manager, Site Manager, Project Director, Technical Support Services Manager and Regional Director. His current responsibilities involve the management of sustaining capital and commissioning operations, development of sales strategies, succession planning, operation management, people reviews and leadership development.

David has been involved with projects for clients such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, British Gas, Royal Dutch Shell and Woodside, valued in excess of $100 billion. David holds qualifications in Physics, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Measurement and Leadership and Management. David also holds several memberships with Electrical and Instrument institutes and organisations.

Kayne Gordon

Operations Director

Kayne Gordon is Operations Director for ICS Global. In this role, he is responsible for the companies’ operations, strategy and planning, field operations, project management and network implementation.

Kayne is an experienced Manager offering over 17 years’ experience in the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors around the world. Having managed large teams on Chevron’s major projects, such as Gorgon LNG – Western Australia, and Future Growth Project (FGP) – Kazakhstan, Kayne has proven to be a proficient manager in ensuring successful commissioning and completion of billion-dollar projects.

Kayne’s ability to make strong decisions in high-risk environments comes from his management experience through East and West Africa on Sanbrado Gold Mine, Wangihion Gold Mine, Burkina Faso and Obuasi Gold Mine– Obuasi.

Kayne managed and trained large teams in multi discipline areas of plant and project construction and start up.

Mairead McCarthy

HSEQ Manager

Mairead is a professionally qualified HSEQ executive with over eighteen years experience working in global multi-disciplined organisations within the energy, resources, engineering and construction industries.

Mairead has worked in Ireland, across the Middle East, South Africa, Sout East Asia and Australia.  A delivery focused strategic leader with a demonstrated track record of transforming HSE performance and culture. Mairead’s operational experience enables her to ensure business strategy is achieved whilst managing risk, governance and compliance.

Her key strengths lie in her strong communication, leadership and workforce engagement skills combined with her sound technical and legislative knowledge enabling best in class HSE performance outcomes for the business.

Sarah McHutchison

Project Administrator

Experienced Administrative Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in Project Management and Executive Support across Oil & Gas and Mining sectors. 

Highly skilled in Work-Flow and Process Refinement, Strategy and Development, Complex Scheduling, Travel Coordination, Event Organisation, Document Production and Formatting, Presentation Creation.
